At E·R·A·X, everything begins before anything happens.
The table is set. So are the people around it.
A person arrives at the table as one version of themselves. Throughout the meal, they try to hold on to that identity. But when the after-dinner conversation begins—when the last spoonful of cake is taken—something shifts.
A barrier breaks. There is a click. Something gives way.
You let your guard down and allow yourself to relax, becoming the person you truly are. That self was always there, present throughout every course, every bite and every sip, waiting impatiently for the final mouthful to be set free.
When the moment finally comes, everything transforms. Instinct takes over. The table becomes a stage where our most natural selves emerge, impossible to contain.
It happens to everyone gathered around it. Some surrender to the excess of food, others to the unfamiliar effects of alcohol, and others simply to the weight of holding themselves together—spoonful after spoonful, sip after sip—until the mind can no longer sustain the performance.
In this state of release, almost trance-like, their presence becomes raw, suspended somewhere between the unsettling and the harmonious. The after-dinner table unfolds through meaningless laughter, unspoken tension and quiet sensuality.
From form to feeling.
The after-dinner table is a trance.
A state of suspension.
It is warmth on the skin and fog in the mind.
Not knowing whether you're still present,
or whether part of you has already drifted away.
And yet, it is the most honest place of all.
Because we are not made of consistency.
We are made of constant adaptation.
This collection doesn't design who you are.
It designs the moment you stop pretending.
